Better Ventilation

In order to ventilate more effectively, installing sub floor fans will enable you to extract moisture and damp/stale air from the sub floor area and replace it with fresh air drawn from the outside by one or more sub floor fans. Moisture in a building serves as a breeding ground for termites, moulds and other pests. This is why you'll find many of these issues in insufficiently ventilated buildings.

These contaminants are pulled into the HVAC system and re-circulated about 5 to 7 times per day. Over time, this re-circulation causes a build-up of contaminants in the duct work.
